Who else is in your band?

Dan, Sean and Ron.

How would you describe yourselves?

A real mix of personalities, but we are all friends and have been for decades. We don't take ourselves very seriously - we just like to have a good time and love making and playing music. 

Who are your main influences musically?

Its so varied, its ridiculous. If I HAD to pick some bands I'd say Faith No More, Benny Goodman, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Frank Zappa, Rage Against the Machine, Tom Petty, Megadeth ... if that makes any sense, and yes, I am aware it doesn't. We are influenced by a million different sources and like to think we are have a unique sound because of that.

What do you hope to achieve in music?

We love music and love having fun making and playing it, so that's what we do. Simple. 

What has been the highlight of your career so far, and why?

The highlight is simply playing again. We had a 10-year hiatus and I broke my back, had spinal damage, was paralysed and got back to where I can move/walk again. Being able to play with these guys again, especially after all that, its like having a constant highlight. We could play every major concert in the world and to me just being able to do this at all is the best thing ever. 

And what’s the moment you want to forget?

We don't have any real drama, so I suppose it's all good. Sorry for such a boring answer. 

If you could choose just one of your songs to represent your music, what would it be and why?

Hard to choose, but maybe "Phoenix" or "Brain Obey". Phoenix shows how we do a variety of things in my opinion and gives a chance to go a bit lighter and melodic while Brain Obey seems to have all of our trademarks in it - a bit of aggression, quick lyrics, and change ups.
